ROLE: Creative Director, Marketing Director, Brand Director, Team Lead

Diversified Medical is a medical service and equipment supply company with two subsidiaries: KMS Medical and HVIS. As Head of Creative and Brand, I was tasked with forging a strong brand identity, building marketing campaigns, and developing creative content. Our mission included building a cutting-edge eCommerce site with over 9,000 products from the ground up.

The Process:

Through collaborative sessions with the CEO and sales team, I crafted a brand identity that highlighted our value proposition, being a customer-first company, building and maintaining lasting relationships. This effort led to the creation of a comprehensive brand guide. It became the foundation for our website content, marketing materials, and sales talking points. Together with my talented team, we produced a range of creative content, including direct mail pieces, a full eCommerce site, and compelling marketing ads.

Results:

The success of our eCommerce site and its marketing campaigns had a profound impact. Monthly sales soared by an impressive 50%. Our collective efforts resonated with customers and propelled the company to remarkable sales growth.
