MDHearing, the largest over-the-counter hearing aid manufacturer in the United States, and sole provider of hearing aids to Medline Industries, requested recruitment videos, as well as informational and troubleshooting videos to assist customers. The videos would be sent from the appropriate teams and be available on the website.
The Process:
I outlined concepts for the videos and presented them to MDHearing. I worked closely with the recruiting, product development and branding teams to ensure the videos were accurate and on-brand. I used a combination of custom shot footage and motion graphic animations to articulate the information and tell the stories.
Results:
MDHearing was very pleased with the video series. The recruitment effort fullfilled the quota for applicants, closing down this hiring phase. In product troubleshooting, MDHearing noted a 12% decrease in product returns. Customers used the additional assistance at their own pace to solve their issues without involving the support team.
